FJA are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive on behalf of our excellent client based in Bury. You’ll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, manage customer communications, and help bring our brand, and our customers brands, to life across digital and traditional channels

This is a hands-on role for a marketing all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Our client will either consider a highly driven Marketing Graduate or someone who has highly relevant Marketing based experience

Marketing Executive role:

  • Develop and deliver effective, brand-aligned marketing and communications tailored to audiences, products, and benefits.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content with 100% accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate materials using our online studio management system, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Support digital-first initiatives, ensuring all digital assets are trackable for performance analysis.
  • Action client amends using PowerPoint, WordPress (Elementor), and D365 (Microsoft email platform).
  • Execute targeted campaigns, supporting marketing automation and CRM improvements.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects, balancing priorities.
  • Assist in planning and delivering marketing materials for customer events.
  • Seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Respond to ad hoc marketing requests and proactively suggest improvements or new materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand systems and follow established processes.
  • Bring fresh ideas and insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive engagement.
  • Align marketing efforts with business objectives, identifying opportunities to add value.

  
Required skills and experience for the Marketing Executive role:

  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and multi-task. Works well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, literacy, and thoroughness. Pride to deliver every task to a high standard.
  • Experience briefing, managing, and delivering marketing and communication campaigns; ideally with B2B and B2C experience.
  • Positive, personable, and confident.
  • Can take accountability and manage tasks through to completion.
  • Great team player, able to build strong working relationships.
  • Practical understanding and previous experience of using marketing /CRM software.
  • Experience or interest in marketing/ role of a similar capacity.
  • Ability to work in line with core values

  • Proficient on Microsoft Teams and Outlook email; respond to queries, attend meetings, manage notifications.
  • Able to work effectively in hybrid team/environment.
