M&E Delivery Manager role: 
 
Finlay Jude Associates are supporting a leading water industry partner in their search for an experienced MEICA Delivery Manager to join their Clean Water project team based in Burham.
 
This key role ensures the successful design, installation, commissioning, and handover of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation (MEICA) systems for water projects. You will act as the technical lead, ensuring alignment between design, delivery, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MEICA and commissioning activities across all project phases
• Coordinate with design, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure project alignment
• Develop and manage commissioning and procurement strategies
• Oversee technical reviews to ensure design meets operational and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and resolve technical challenges
• Support quality assurance processes and documentation

About You:

• Proven MEICA experience within the water or utilities sector
• Strong understanding of water supply processes
• Experience with HV/LV Electrical, ICA, and mechanical commissioning
• Excellent organisational, communication, and project coordination skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations

About The Candidate
 
Essential 

• A sound appreciation of the commercial implications of project delays.
• Experience of multiple projects and different roles within them (such as managing packages). A strong technical capability in EICA project delivery and commissioning preferably in the Water Industry.  
• 10+ Years experience in Project Management.
