FJA is recruiting a Mechanical Site Supervisor for a leading utilities service provider, East of Derby. The role involves supervising mechanical site activities, ensuring quality installations, and adhering to safety and contract specifications while reporting to the Senior Site Manager.

Mechanical Site Supervisor responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, supply chain partners, and visitors.
• Ensure all relevant HS&E documents are accurately recorded, reviewed, and up to date upon receipt.
• Verify that all relevant documents clearly describe the work to be performed and review and provide feedback on Method Statements and Work Instructions as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.
• Supervise the work to ensure it is executed in compliance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Document the progress of the work on record drawings or other appropriate means as needed. Also, record all non-conformances and improvement opportunities, coordinating corrective actions with the responsible person.
• Manage and control Inspection & Test Plans for all mechanical works.

Mechanical Site Supervisor requirements:

• Several years’ experience of working in the Energy/Water sector
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aider
