Job Description

FJA are currently recruiting on behalf of a well known construction company specialising in the utilities and civils sector. They are looking to recruit a Multi Utility Project Manager who is well organised and highly motivated to join their busy and growing team in the Greater Manchester area.

Multi Utility Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Undertake and manage Multi Utility projects, ensuring delivery and achievement of outcomes in accordance with the requirements, standards and targets set out by the client
  • You will be responsible for the management and submission of all paperwork and completions in a timely manner
  • Management of Multi-Utilities operatives and subcontractors
  • You will submit as-laids to CAD and will provide the client with regular updates as schemes progress
  • Liaising with Engineering department to ensure that all office drawings are kept up to date
  • Managing multiple mains/service laying new connections projects/ jointing in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures
  • Responsible for a portfolio of schemes in the North West area
  • Managing site resources
  • Dealing with all aspects of site work from the initial pre start meeting 

 
The successful Multi Utility Project Manager must have:
 

  • Experience working within the Multi Utility industry
  • At least 5 years experience in a supervisory role
  • CITB SMSTS Sute Manager Safety Training Scheme
  • NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor
  • EUSR SHEA G/W/E
  • SCO 1,2 and 5
  • IOSH qualified
  • Gas and Water qualifications (NCO)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • First Aid Training 3 day
