Our client are currently recruiting for Senior Network Modellers to join their team.

The role will involve taking part in the planning, programming, and coordinating of urban drainage projects while ensuring delivery excellence, technical governance and best practices are upheld.
 
You will also play a role in developing and managing more junior modellers in the team, along with supporting cost estimates and bid preparation.
 
As a Network Modeller, you’ll play a vital role in:

  • Developing and analysing hydraulic models of water and wastewater networks.
  • Identifying and resolving network performance issues.
  • Contributing to the planning and design of new infrastructure projects.
  • Utilising advanced software to optimise system efficiency.

We’re seeking individuals with:

  • Experience in hydraulic modelling software (e.g., InfoWorks, EPANET).
  • A strong understanding of water and wastewater systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

 
About you:
 
You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, or other relevant subject, and be a member of an industry relevant institution e.g. ICE, CIWEM. You will have previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment, demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities and a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.
