FJA are recruiting on behalf of an innovative leader in designing and manufacturing protective solutions. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager.

Product Manager role:
- As the Product Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy, managing the entire process from product development and market research to certification and compliance.
- You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and certification organisations to ensure that the product meets industry standards and stays competitive.
Product Manager responsibilities:
- Analyse the market to track competitor products and industry trends, keeping the company ahead in innovation.
- Manage documentation for product planning, testing, certification, and drawings, working closely with the design technician and coordinating product testing.
- Ensure all products comply with fire safety regulations, including obtaining necessary test evidence.
- Offer technical support to internal teams and customers, helping with product applications, test data analysis, and fire safety solutions.
- Approve and sign off installation drawings based on tested evidence for Firefly products.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with product expertise, technical documentation, and product demonstrations.
- Manage internal systems, including Monday.com for planning and auditing fire tests, and HubSpot as the CRM platform.
Product Manager requirements:
- Experience in the passive fire protection industry, with a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and certification processes, is preferred.
- A background in product management, engineering, or technical sales is preferred.
- Experience in collecting test evidence and analysing competitor product data to support product launches.
- Knowledge of CAD drawings, technical schematics, and product documentation is a plus.
- IFE Level 2 & 3 in Passive Fire Protection (preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency in Monday.com and HubSpot, excellent report-writing, and collaborative team player.
