Job Description

FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Project Manager to Strengthen their delivery team.
 
Location: North Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Project Manager role:

  • Oversee and deliver successful projects.
  • Responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and client expectations.

Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all team members adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain the company’s positive reputation.
  • Ensure BMS implementation throughout project delivery.
  • Ensure a thorough project review in partnership with the design manager.
  • Manage commercial aspects of the project proactively, providing accurate forecasts and estimates.
  • Understand and implement quality, safety, and environmental policies and targets.

Project Manager requirements:

  • Project Management experience
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related field.
  • APMP or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the water sector.
  • Relevant CSCS card.
  • Experience using Primavera or Power Project.
  • Working knowledge of construction health and safety.
