FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for a Senior Asbestos Consultant to strengthen their team.
 
Location: Based in London or the Southeast.

Senior Asbestos Consultant responsibilities:

• Carry out four-stage clearance procedures
• Prepare and issue Certificates of Reoccupation following successful completion of four-stage clearance procedures, ensuring all regulatory and safety standards are met.
• Perform all aspects of asbestos air testing, including background, leak, reassurance, personal, and clearance air monitoring.
• Conduct asbestos surveys across all property types, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Support quality assurance through periodic auditing and provide mentoring to junior staff to ensure compliance with procedures and promote professional development.
• Assist in additional development of operational efficiency of the department.
• Potential to train to work offshore (all qualifications provided).

Senior Asbestos Consultant requirements:

• P403 and P404 qualified.
• P402 – Surveying.
• P405 – Or willingness to obtain this qualification.
• Proven ability to support and drive revenue growth with target clients. 
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
