FJA are partnering with a national training provider in the utility sector, who are looking to recruit a and experienced Water Distribution Trainer
 
The ideal candidate is someone who has water industry background with occupational experience in water operations.
 
You will be a good communicator and ideally have a background in training and assessing qualifications. You will be both professional and customer focused on your approach and proficient in maintaining and expanding current relationships. You will have experience in delivering learning to a diverse range of people including apprentices
 
The Head Offices are based in Peterborough and must be prepared to travel.
 
Job Role as Water Distribution Trainer:

• Deliver high quality training programmes to a wide range of customers and learners
• Build quality training packages based on learning objectives and outcomes
• Assess learners in centre and in the workplace
• Contribute to standardisation of qualifications
• Liaise with Internal Quality Assurers
• Strive to attain and maintain an individual utilisation of 80%
• Contribute to standardisation of qualifications as part of the assessment team

Required experience and qualifications:

• Experience in a Water Distribution Trainer role
• Relevant water industry qualifications
• Full driving licence
• Understanding and application of health and safety
• Coaching and facilitation skills
• Designing training material
• Delivery and presentation skills

Desired experience and qualifications:

• D32/D33, or A1 or TAQA equivalent
• Level 3 Training and Education or similar
• Training material design and delivery
• Delivery of qualifications
• Delivery on apprenticeship programmes
