MU Operations Administrator – Kettering (Temp)
Covering Sickness & Absence | Utilities Sector
Finlay Jude Associates are recruiting for an MU Operations Administrator to support multi‑utility service connections across sites in the Kettering area. This 6‑month temporary role will assist with scheduling, coordination and administration for gas, electricity, water and fibre works.
Key Duties
- Schedule multi‑utility call‑offs and jointing works
- Coordinate meter installs and issue site notifications
- Prepare job packs, drawings and commissioning documents
- Manage fibre portal activity and operational queries
- Track day works, aborted visits and corrective actions
- Produce weekly whereabouts reports
- Support planning and operational meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in utilities, multi‑utility or operations admin
- Knowledge of DNO procedures and utility working practices
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident IT user (Microsoft Office)
Ideal for candidates with experience as a Utilities Administrator, Multi‑Utility Coordinator, Streetworks Coordinator, or Operations Administrator.
