Our client is seeking a motivated Billing Support Advisor to support their utilities operations. This fully remote position offers part-time hours with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

The Role:
As a Billing Support Advisor, you will:
- Manage customer water accounts and ensure accurate billing processes
- Investigate and resolve billing queries promptly
- Validate and process water meter readings for correct invoicing
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in billing, account management
- Must have a good understanding of the Water sector
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
