Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the business professionally when working in residential or public areas
  • Communicate clearly with customers when required (e.g., access, noise, disruption)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in leakage detection, step testing, network operations or water utilities
  • Confident operating valves, hydrants and other network assets
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Able to work independently and as part of a field-based team
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach
  • IT literate with the ability to use handheld devices and reporting systems
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable Experience:

  • Knowledge of DMA structure, flow/pressure behaviour and network hydraulics
  • Previous experience in water distribution or leakage detection
  • Utilities certifications such as NRSWA, EUSR or Water Hygiene (advantageous)

What We Offer:

  • Full training on client systems, equipment and network procedures
  • Support from experienced Team Leaders and Leakage Specialists
  • Long-term work with progression opportunities
  • All PPE, equipment and tools provided
