I have worked closely with FJA for over 8 years. I find their attention to detail is second to none when choosing the right candidate to interview. Each candidate is fully aware what role they are being interviewed for and the finer details of the project and requirements. We always ask what they know about our companies values and commitment, which in nearly all interviews the candidate has researched.
Nothing is too much trouble from all the staff and having their own internal pay mechanism can resolve any pay issues.
