FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for an experienced Asset Survey Leader to lead a 3-person team.

Asset Survey Leader role:

• Oversee asset surveys, manage teams, ensure data accuracy, communicate with clients, and maintain quality control.

Asset Survey Leader responsibilities:

• Work in confined spaces.
• Focusses on carrying out asset surveys.
• Lead a small team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including manhole covers.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, including nighttime shifts.

Asset Survey Leader requirements:
 

• Technical skills: confined spaces, NRSWA, GPS, GIS.
• Soft skills: customer service, organization, communication, problem-solving, accuracy, flexibility.
• Conduct surveys of wastewater assets, including manholes, CSOs, pumping stations, and treatment works.
• Use GPS equipment to measure asset cover levels.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Record survey data accurately and annotate plans.
